This Privacy Policy for California Residents supplements theinformation contained in Entidad’s general Privacy Policy and applies to allvisitors, users, our customers and their customer (“users” or “you”).

     • Education information, such as diplomas, credentials, and certificates.

     • Inferencesdrawn from any information we collect about your preferences or behavior

     • Sensitive personal information such as social security, driver's license, state identification card; account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required security or access code, password, or credentials allowing access to an account; precise geolocation; race, ethnicity, and citizenship; health information; the contents of mail, and email

Personal information does notinclude publicly available information.

2.  HowYour Information is Collected. We collect your personalinformation from:

     • Directly from You—in person, by telephone, text or email, and/or through our website, account creation, and contacts with customer service or help lines

     •  Publicly accessible sources, such as property records

     • For our internal research and business improvement purposes, such as verifying, maintaining, or improving the quality of our business (including our Platform; and debugging and repairing errors with our systems, networks, and equipment

     • To prevent, detect, and investigate security incidents that compromise the availability, authenticity, integrity, or confidentiality of stored or transmitted personal information

     • To resist malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal actions directed at the business and to prosecute those responsible for those actions

     • To ensure the physical safety of natural persons

     • To verify or maintain the quality ofa product and service and to improve, upgrade, or enhance the service

     • To collect or process sensitivepersonal information where the collection or processing is not for the purpose of inferring characteristics about a consumer

     • You have the right to limit the useand disclosure of your sensitive personal information. If you exercise your right to limit the use of your sensitive personal information, we will limitour use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information for the purposeslisted above

6. Your Choices. You have the following rights as a California consumer:

     • Right to know what personal information the business has collected about you, including:

         o The categories of personal information we have collected;

         o The categories of sources from which the personal information is collected;

         o The business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing personal information;

        o The categories of third parties to whom we disclose personal information; and

        o The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.

     • Right to delete personal information that we have collected from you with certain exceptions, including where the information is necessary to complete our transaction with you. Subject to the exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

         o Delete your personal information from our records;

         o Direct any service providers or contractors to delete your personal information from their records, and

         o Direct third parties to whom the business has sold or shared your personal information to delete your personal information unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort.

Please note that we may not delete your personal information if it is reasonably necessary to:

     §  Help to ensure security and integrity to the extent the use of the consumer's personal information is reasonably necessary and proportionate for those purposes

     §  Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality

     §  Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act

     §  Engage in public scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacylaws

     §  Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with yourexpectations based on your relationship with us

     §  Comply with an existing legal obligation

     §  Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawfulmanner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information

     • Right to correct in accurate personal information that we maintain about you. Upon receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the inaccurate personal information.

     • Right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising.

     • Right to limit the use or disclosure of your sensitive personal information for reasons other than those set forth n 6.

     • Right not to received iscriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights. This means we cannot, among other things:

         o Deny products or services to you;

         o Charge different prices or rates for goods or services, includingthrough the use of discounts or other benefits or imposing penalties;

         o Provide a different level or quality of products or services toyou; or

         o Suggest that you will receive a different price or rate forproducts or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

Please note that we maycharge a different price or rate or provide a different level or quality ofproducts and/or services to you, if that difference is reasonably related tothe value provided to our business by your personal information. We may also offerloyalty, rewards, premium features, discounts, or club card programs consistentwith these rights or payments as compensation, for the collection of personalinformation, the sale of personal information, or the retention of personalinformation.

7.  How to Exercise Your Rights. You can submit a request toexercise your rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information bysending an email to info@entidad.io and providing us with your name,address, telephone number, using one of the following methods:

We will need your contact information, including your name,address, phone number, and email, to verify your identity for access,correction, or deletion requests. Our verification process may also include askingyou to log into your account and complete a one-time passcode validation, askingyou to answer a few questions about yourself to help us verify your identity,and/or using a third-party identification service to assist us. We are notobligated to make a data access or data portability disclosure if we cannotverify that the person making the request is the person about whom we collectedinformation or is someone authorized to act on such person's behalf. Anypersonal information we collect from you to verify your identity in connectionwith your request will be used solely for the purposes of verification.

8. Data Retention. We maintain company policies andprocedures governing the creation, retention, storage, and disposition ofcorporate records and information, provided that such information to be deletedor destroyed is not subject to regulatory requirement to retain it or a legalhold. We retain corporate records for the minimum time period required by lawor regulation and/or for a longer period of time consistent with businessneeds.
